Would You Believe... A Day Early?

The mailing of VW 125 was completed a day ahead of schedule, so Donna suggested this morning that we both forego the "Sunday off" and jump right back into the book. I agreed. She resumed her final pass on the Index where she last left off (the letter "N" -- as of 7:00 this evening, she tells me she has progressed to the letter "R," namely "Rosso segno della follia, Il") and I have spent the day dropping in German theatrical and video release data provided by correspondent Stefan Novak, and also annotating the Videography.

To spend a day bringing the book even this much closer to completion is like having my blood renewed and my soul recharged.

Back to Bava on Monday

Our work on VIDEO WATCHDOG #126 is now finished, and we received VIDEO WATCHDOG #125 from the printer today. It is being mailed out to subscribers and distributors between now and the weekend. That's two issues we've knocked together in three weeks' time, and most of a third issue is also already edited, as well.

With that necessary work now out of the way, we resume work on MARIO BAVA - ALL THE COLORS OF THE DARK next Monday... and we're thinking positively that this next period between issues will be the final stretch.
